GOGGLEBOX star Amy Tapper looked slimmer than ever as she posed for a snap after a gruelling workout.
The reality favourite, 22 – who has lost two stone in recent months – showed off all her hard work in black maxi dress.

Although Amy has shed huge amounts of weight so far, she’s determined to keep going.
The telly star reposted a snap of herself in gym gear working out at home.
Amy had a huge smile on her face as she stretched her legs on a yoga mat.
Her personal trainer captioned the post: “Flexibility isn’t showing off how far your leg can stretch… It’s showing how far your dedication and perseverance can stretch!
@amytappsx has shown me both.”
Amy later took to her grid wearing a glamorous black dress, white cardigan and a straw hat.
Fans rushed to the comments section to point out how good she looked.
One said: “loooooking bloody goooood 😍😍😍.”
A second added: “Beautiful beautiful beautiful.”
“You look amazing 👏,” a third added.
It comes days after Amy was left with bloodshot eyes and a sweaty face after her another gruelling workout.
In a new social media clip, Amy revealed just how hard she’s pushing herself.
Flicking her eyes from side to side, she wrote: “If these bloodshot eyes and sweat doesn’t show hard work and dedication, I don;t know what does.
“Happy Monday my people.”
Last month Amy put together a montage to show how much her body has changed in the past year.
The video, documenting her weight loss journey over the past 12 months, shows Amy sweating it out in the gym and preparing nutritious meals in the kitchen.
She does dips, planks, bicep curls and squats to help lose the pounds – and she keeps a smile on her face through it all.
Amy, who starred on the Channel 4 show with her family from 2013 until 2018, was told by doctors she suffers from a slow metabolism.
But now she’s dropped three dress sizes, from a 26 to a 20.
