Her current trip to Thailand comes four months after her last.
The couple soaked up the sun as they enjoyed a lavish holiday together in March.
The stunning pictures come days after Katie went on a bargain shopping spree while tottering around in high heeled Crocs worth £450.

Katie jetted to Thailand with Carl several days ago after she swerved jail.
Last week, the mum-of-five – already on a suspended sentence – appeared in court and was handed community work for breaching a restraining order with an obscene text rant.
